The Parisian real estate stock is essentially made up of apartments in which the surface area is often limited. Very popular, the apartments located in Haussmann buildings offer a certain character (moldings, solid parquet floors, marble fireplace), but they are sometimes dilapidated and are not always adapted to contemporary lifestyles. Specialists in the renovation of Haussmann apartments, our interior designers strive to preserve the heritage character of these interiors while giving them a touch of modernity.
In Paris and the inner suburbs, there are also many apartments from the 60s, 70s and 80s whose interior layout seems dated, whether in terms of circulation, materials and storage. These apartments can also benefit from the view of an interior design professional who will be able to make them more functional and more aesthetic, while optimizing the floor space.
